Feldenkrais Practitioners
A space for moving forward
A full-time Feldenkrais practitioner since 1999, I have been sharing my experience with colleagues and students for many years through mentorship and advanced training.
Mentorship
As in many other professions, becoming a skilled practitioner involves an apprenticeship. It requires someone with whom to consult, to exchange experiences and observations, and to receive feedback and deeper insight. This process can be carried out through personal mentorship or intimate group work.
I offer dedicated time for this process, either in person or online, one-on-one or in small working groups.

Advanced Workshops
Through ongoing programs or individual workshops, you can refine your skills and broaden your understanding of the method and its possibilities. From weekly classes for practitioners to week-long intensives, I have taught hundreds of hours of advanced training on themes ranging from balance and breathing to case-study writing and the psychological aspects of the method.
Resources
These resources are intended for the general public, Feldenkrais practitioners, students, and anyone else who may be curious about the fascinating connection between one’s physical existence and more abstract aspects, sometimes referred to as mental or psychological. If you want to use them, please go ahead.
