When do we truly start taking care of ourselves?
Often, it’s only when we feel below our usual state of well-being. It may be due to persistent aches and pains, or perhaps the result of an accident or an illness. The Feldenkrais method offers a way out of it through using the plasticity of the nervous system, which can learn to create new options and find alternatives to those that do not function anymore. It is always surprising to see how much unused potential each one of us has.

Either because the chose a career that depends on their performance, such as music, dance or sport, or because they just want to push their limits further.
Any skill is the result of functional movement. Moving into a higher level of performance, one needs to learn to perceive better what they do, and achieve a better flow of their actions. Beyond concrete techniques, the dynamics of skill learning are shared in all those processes.
